What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message you submit. That information is sent to us through Formspree so we can reply. We do not use the public website to run advertising cookies or a marketing tracker.
Office maps are embedded from Google Maps on the homepage and contact page. See ourcookie policy for what that covers. The tenant repair portal is a separate site at threeoaks.plutoo.co.uk and has its own sign-in.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you, arrange viewings, and provide the sales, lettings or landlord service you asked about. We keep that information only for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry and meet our legal duties as a property agent.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email[email protected]and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
